If you are not satisfied with your purchase, we accept all returns within three weeks (21 days), from the day the package is received. In order for a return to be accepted, items must be returned in the same condition in which they were received. If a returned item appears to have been used, the customer will be contacted and a refund or exchange will not be granted. We will grant a full refund, store credit, or exchange on any unused item. When returning or exchanging, please include a note stating whether you would like a refund, store credit or an exchange. The note should also include a name and phone number in case we have any questions. All items must be sent back to the store. Upon receipt of the item, a refund or exchange will be given. If you have any questions about sizing, please contact us prior to placing an order. Shipping Fees All orders within the continental US will be shipped via United States Postal Service. All international orders, including Canada, will be shipped via USPS airmail. PO boxes and shipments to Hawaii and Alaska will be sent priority mail through the USPS.
